PUWEDE nang ma-refund ngayong buwan ang examination fee na P500 matapos na kanselahin ang Civil Service Examination noong Marso 15.

“The CSC through Resolution No. 2100304 dated 5 April 2021 will refund the PHP500 examination fee to registered examinees of the cancelled 15 March 2021 CSC-PPT beginning this May,” nakasaad sa pahayag ng Komisyon.

Magugunitang kinansela ang Pen and Paper Test noong Marso matapos na i-lockdown ulit ang Metro Manila ang apat na karatig- lalawigan dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng bilang ng mga nagpopositibo sa Covid19.

Maaaring personal na kunin ang refund o ‘di kaya’y sa pamamagitan ng bank deposit at remittance and payment facilities na akredito ng CSC.

Kailangan lamang magsumite ng Request for Refund Form na mada-download sa csc.gov.ph. Huwag kaligtaang magdala ng original at photocopy ng valid ID.

Gayunpaman, nagpaalala ang CSC na huwag basta-basta kumuha ng refund nang walang appointment sa opisina.

“In view of the different community quarantine restrictions imposed throughout the country, the CSC strongly urges examinees to refrain from proceeding without prior appointment or notice to any CSC Regional/Field Office,” ayon sa CSC Publications and Media Relations Division.

Kung malayo naman ang tirahan sa alinmang CSC office, puwedeng  tumungo sa alinmang conduit.

“To claim the refund, the examinee must submit a written request letter to the CSC RO which has jurisdiction over the place where the exam application was submitted. Examinees are advised to verify first with the CSC RO the proper mode (whether via email, chat, etc.) for sending the request letter.”

Espesipikong isulat sa liham na personal na kukunin ang refund.

Kung bank transfer naman, kailangan lang pirmahan ang RRF, retratuhan ang ID, saka ipadala sa CSC.
