HINIMOK ni Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic Leonen ang mga Bar examinee na magpabakuna na laban sa Covid19, lalo na yaong mga nasa ilallm ng priority groups tulad ng senior citizens at persons with comorbidities.

Ayon kay Leonen, nakikipag-ugnayan na sila sa Inter-Agency task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases upang maisama sa priority list sa vaccination program ang mga kukuha ng Bar examinations.

Sinabi ni Leonen, chairman ng 2020-2021 Bar examinations, na nais nilang matiyak na fully vaccinated na ang mga Bar examinee bago ang eksaminasyon sa Nobyembre.

“For the protection of the Bar personnel and examinees, we encourage our approvaed Bar applicants to avail of the free vaccination offered by their respective local government units,” pahayag ni Leonen sa Bar Bulletin No. 22.

Inihayag din ng mahistrado na inaayos na nila ang posibleng procurement ng Covid19 testing kits para sa mga Bar examinee.

Idinagdag pa ni Leonen na ilalatag nila sa Oktubre ang ipatutupad nilang Covid19 protocols sa sandaling magkaroon na ng malinaw na pagtaya sa sitwasyon sa panahon ng pagsusulit.

“Keep safe and well, study with passion, help others, and do not spread falese information. Advise those who do so or burden others by broadcasting their needless anxiety that they are doing everyone a disservice,” paalala pa ni Leonen.
