PHILIPPINE Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr. highlighted the major role of cadets in society.

During the 5th anniversary of the Marawi Liberation, he said that cadets will help build the nation.

They can create change in their communities especially on peace building and preventing violent extremism, he said.

The commanding general also reminded the cadets of the importance of camaraderie.

He explained that togetherness will establish unity and with it the cadets will function effectively as a unit.

Brawner said that establishing partners will lessen the chances of conflict and help achieve shared goals among different organizations.
