THREE graduates of Ateneo de Manila University achieved the highest scores in the Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination, according to the Professional Regulation Commission.

Justin Victor Nisperos Dela Cruz led the successful examinees with a rating of 90.80 percent, Jesus Rommelson Litan Cantos came in second with 87.70 percent, while Michelle Lorraine Julienne Dionaldo placed third with 87.40 percent.

The PRC said 314 out of 342 examinees passed the test held in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, and Legazpi.

The written exam was taken last December 9, 2021, while the Revalida was conducted on January 4 to March 17, 2022.

The commission said from May 23 to 26, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will be done online.
