THE Commission on Higher Education confirmed the appointment of five officers by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

Among the appointed officials are Dr. Jimmy Catanes, Dr. Lora Yusi, and Dr. Mary Sylvette Gunigundo as Directors IV, and Atty. Marco Domingo and Dr. Rody Garcia as Director III of CHED.

CHED Chairman Prospero De Vera III congratulated the new officers of the commission.

“I congratulate and welcome our new CHED officials. They all bring impressive academic credentials and expertise that will aid CHED in implementing its mandates and priorities under the Marcos administration,” De Vera said.

“The appointment of our new CHED Directors is a testament to President Marcos’ vision for government personnel to be the best and the brightest, committed to efficient and responsive public service.”
