42 PASIG SCHOOLS HOLD FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES
PASIG City Rep. Roman Romulo said that a total of 42 public schools have started conducting in-person classes.
Pasig City has a total of 44 public elementary and secondary schools.
“We really need face-to-face classes because the quality of education is there,” Romulo, chairman of the House Committee on Basic Education and Culture, said.
He also stressed the importance of children’s health and nutrition.
He said Pasig City’s feeding program is not just limited to the undernourished as it
also covers even the healthy ones.
“Each student from our DepEd schools will be given food packs every month even if they are not undernourished,” the lawmaker added.
