23 ORPHANED DEPENDENTS OF DECEASED PNP PERSONNEL GET EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
THE PHILIPPINE National Police granted educational assistance to 23 dependents of its personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty under the PNP-Bayaning Pulis Foundation Educational Assistance Program.
The PNP-Bayaning Pulis Foundation Educational Assistance Program is a testament to the PNP’s commitment to protect the welfare of its personnel and their families. It ensures that the children of PNP personnel who tragically lost their lives in the course of their duty will receive the support they need to pursue their educational aspirations, PNP Deputy Chief for Administration Lieutenant General Rhodel O. Sermonia said.
The program covers various educational expenses, including tuition and school supplies.
“Today, we stand together to honor the memory of our brave officers who paid the ultimate price in service to our country. Through this educational assistance program, we aim to provide a bright future for their children as a tribute to their sacrifice,” Sermonia said.
The awarding ceremony was attended by representatives from the PNP-Bayaning Pulis Foundation, high-ranking PNP officials, and the families of the fallen heroes.
The PNP at the same time expressed its deep appreciation to all those who have contributed to the success of the PNP-Bayaning Pulis Foundation Educational Assistance Program.
