2 TAGUIG CITY SCHOOLS HOLD DRY RUN OF F2F CLASSES
TWO public schools in Taguig City conducted a dry run of limited face-to-face classes.
Although all schools in the city are prepared to conduct physical classes, only two were allowed to participate in the pilot program, Dr. George Tizon, head of the Taguig City Education Office, said.
These are the Sen. Renato “Companero” Cayetano Memorial Science and Technology High School and Ricardo P. Cruz Sr. Elementary School.
They are among the 28 schools in the National Capital Region approved to conduct limited face-to-face classes.
Face-to-face classes in NCR will begin on December 6.
“After passing the strict requirements of DOH, DepEd & Taguig Safe City Task Force through the TIPFLEX Program (Taguig In-Person Flexible Learning) of the City Education Office, all our 39 public schools are ready and some of our public schools were finally allowed face-to-face classes since Taguig City was the first City to open Face to Face Classes in Private International Schools this November 2021,” Tizon said.
He added that participation in face-to-face classes is voluntary.
