ROBREDO LEADS NU STUDENT ELECTION SURVEY
VICE President Maria Leonor ‘Leni’ Robredo topped the list of presidential candidates in the election survey conducted by the National University’s Manila Civil Engineering Students.
VICE President Maria Leonor ‘Leni’ Robredo topped the list of presidential candidates in the election survey conducted by the National University’s Manila Civil Engineering Students.
The survey was answered by 516 students and was conducted through MS Teams from January 25 to 30, 2022.
Robredo was the presidential choice of 375 students or 72.7 percent of the respondents.
Former Senator Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. followed her with 83 votes while Manila Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso landed third with 31 votes.
In the fourth spot was labor leader Leody De Guzman with 15 votes, followed by Sen. Panfilo ‘Ping’ Lacson with 8 and in the last place was Sen. Manny Pacquiao with 4 votes.
According to the PICE-NUSC, the results of the survey reflect the sentiment of the studentry.
“The views and opinions of the NU-Manila CE Community represent the sentiments and beliefs of its student community and do not reflect the opinions of the staff, employees, and the National University,” the organization said.
