THE CAMP of presidential bet Ka Leody de Guzman has yet to secure its permit to conduct campaign activities.

De Guzman said that his team is working on the permits for his campaign in areas outside Metro Manila. He is scheduled to visit Visayas and Mindanao.

The Commission on Elections earlier said that De Guzman had no permission to hold his proclamation rally last week which can lead to his disqualification.

In a forum held by his party, the Partido Lakas ng Masa, De Guzman said that he will make sure that his next campaign sorties will be coordinated properly.

“72 hours lang naman ang kailangan para kumuha ka. So every time na magkakaroon ng activities or sorties ay titiyakin natin,” he said.

He clarified that he has settled the issue with the commission and that his candidacy will not be revoked.
