MANILA Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso pledged to bring back the lives of Filipinos to normal by December 2022 should he win as president.

If elected, Domagoso said that he will make sure that every Filipino has received a booster shot by the end of 2022.

“I want you, by December 31 of 2022, lumalabas ka na, kumakain na kayo kasi lahat kayo bakunado ng booster already. Because everybody is protected,” he said.

“I want you to go normal. I want your kids to go back to school. I want everyone going out there. I want us to live,” he added.

The presidential aspirant said that he will appoint his running mate, Dr. Willie Ong, as the secretary of the Department of Health.

“I will give Dr. Willie Ong freedom because I will make him health secretary as vice president,” Domagoso said, noting that the doctor committed to help him fix the country’s public health system.

Should Ong decline the offer, he would still play a major role in deciding the next chief of the Department of Health, he said.
