THE XAVIER University or Ateneo de Cagayan waived its entrance examination as face-to-face interactions are still discouraged due to the threat of Covid19.

The move is expected to ease the burden of the public on where to enroll.

“As the country continues to deal with the Coronavirus pandemic, we have made it easier for you. No Entrance Examinations at Xavier Ateneo,” it said on Facebook.

The measure is effective for school year 2021-2022.

“No Entrance Examination for School Year 2021-2022 in all levels of Basic Education (Grade School, Junior High School, Senior High School) and Higher Education (except for board courses in the Colleges of Accountancy, Engineering, and Nursing),” it added.

Meanwhile, the school also opened the online college scholarship exams for interested students.
