WEST VISAYAS STATE U STUDENTS RETURN TO F2F CLASSES
AFTER almost 2 years of distance learning, nursing students of the West Visayas State University returned to the classrooms for in-person learning and skills laboratory class.
A report from Forum-Dimensions, the official student publication of the university, said that Level IV Nursing students participated in the face-to-face classes. The students wore personal protective equipment while in school.
The Sections A and B of Batch 22 were the first to resume limited F2F classes.
Batch C and D, meanwhile, will continue with online learning until their scheduled skills laboratory class on January 10.
A virtual orientation was conducted prior to the classes.
The Commission on Higher Education mandates schools opting to hold physical classes to have retrofitted classrooms, high vaccination rate and approval from the concerned local government unit.
The Inter-Agency Task Force Against Covid19 approved the conduct of in-person classes in areas under Alert Levels 1, 2, and 3.
