THE VISAYAS State University has renovated an apartment complex that burned down four years ago.

The Warner Apartments was built in the 1980s. It burned down in 2018 due to faulty electrical wiring.

It was named after the former principal of the Baybay National Agricultural School which was renamed VSU.

The apartment hosts 20 families of qualified VSU faculty members and staff.

Each unit has a room with a kitchen and toilet.

The school is set to renovate the International House, another housing unit occupied by VSU officials.
