UST GRADUATES FINISH 1-2 IN MEDICAL LICENSURE EXAMS
A UNIVERSITY of Santo Tomas graduate topped the August 2022 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Kharam Baricaua Molbog led the successful examinees with a score of 91.90 percent.
Karen Dale Lao Tan, also from UST, came in second with a rating of 91.30 percent, followed by Micah Vell Roxas Diaz of Davao Doctors College Inc. with 91.10 percent.
According to PRC, 1,796 out of 3,582 examinees passed the test held in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The top performing school with at least 50 or more examinees with 80 percent passing rate are University of the Immaculate Conception-Davao (88.57); De La Salle Medical & Health Sciences Institute (84.53); Trinity University of Asia (82.69); and University of Baguio (80.37).
