UST COLLEGE OF SCIENCE TO HOLD F2F CLASSES
THE UNIVERSITY of Santo Tomas will resume limited face-to-face classes for students of its College of Science next month.
Professor Dr. Rey Donne Papa, CS dean, said that classes will start on March 7.
In-person classes are for fully vaccinated 3rd and 4th year students except those enrolled in BS Applied Mathematics and BS Psychology.
“Students who will participate in limited face-to-face classes are registered with PhilHealth, either as a direct or indirect contributor (dependents of the direct contributor) and with equivalent medical insurance that covers medical expenses related to Covid19,” he said.
All learners, academic staff, and non-teaching personnel attending F2F classes should strictly adhere to safety protocols and must be transparent in declaring their health conditions.
The Commission on Higher Education earlier said that higher education institutions in areas under Alert Level 3 may hold limited F2F classes in February.
Universities and colleges in areas under Alert Level 2 may start limited in-person classes anytime.
