USC PARTNERS WITH HENRY SY FOUNDATION FOR DIAMOND JUBILEE
THE UNIVERSITY of San Carlos has partnered with the Henry Sy Foundation, Inc. to support the university’s Diamond Jubilee initiatives.
The partnership was highlighted during the “Collaboration for Social Good” event held last month.
HSFI, known for empowering Filipino youth and advancing education, aims to enhance institutions like USC through strategic support, fostering opportunities for national social development.
USC was represented by President Fr. Francisco Antonio T. Estepa, SVD, Board Chair Fr. Dionisio M. Miranda, SVD, and trustees Dr. Conchita Manabat, Atty. Maria Milagros Fernan-Cayosa, and Atty. Domingo Cayosa.
HSFI and SM Group attendees included Trustee Hans Sy, SM Hotels Chairperson Elizabeth Sy, SM Foundation Executive Director Debbie Sy, and HSFI Executive Director Dr. Lydia Echauz, among others.
The collaboration aligns with USC’s five-year Research, Infrastructure, Scholarships, and Endowment campaign, which seeks to strengthen campus development and community engagement as part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
