THE UNIVERSITY of the Philippines will start accepting applications for freshmen for Academic Year 2024-2025 on the first week of March.

The UP College Admission Test will be held from June 3 to 4 in over 100 test centers nationwide.

“All applications are to be done online and applicants need to encode their grades for Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 in the UPCAT online portal,” UP said.

“Though applicants may still be in Grade 11 when they apply, exam takers will encode their grades online only in September 2023 when Grade 11 grades are final and complete,” it added.

In September, UP will also request hard copies of the official grades of applicants from their schools to be used for verification purposes.

The university suspended UPCAT for three consecutive years due to the Covid19 pandemic.
