A GRADUATE of the University of the Philippines-Manila topped the Nursing Licensure Examination given in May, the Professional Regulation Commission said over the weekend.

Cristin Bagang Pangan got the highest percentage rating of 91.60.

She was followed by Mary Edrianne Codilla Sobretodo of the Father Saturino Urios University who got a score of 91.40 percent.

With a score of 91 percent, Alissa Danielle Medinaceli Articulo of Saint Paul University-Tuguegarao, Tisha Mae Gamboa Dungca of Angeles University Foundation, and Miyu Krista Cuyson Miura of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila placed third.

The PRC said that 10,764 out of 14,364 passed the examination held in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Fifteen schools were named as top performing schools for having at least 50 or more examinees and with at least 85% passing percentage.
