OFFICIALS of the University of the Philippines’ School of Urban and Regional Planning visited the Occidental Mindoro State College-Main Campus to hold consultations on the management of natural resources.

The UP Planning Assistance Team led by Arch. EnP. Marione Deanna T. Comboy provided expertise and guidance in crafting an effective strategy for the sustainable management and preservation of OMSC’s natural resources.

The consultation aimed to finalize the Environmental Management Plan of OMSC.

“This collaboration between UP-SURP and OMSC marks a significant milestone in the journey toward environmental sustainability,” OMSC said in a statement.

“It highlights the importance of partnership and expertise in shaping a greener and more resilient future,” it added.
