THE UNIVERSITY of the Philippines  and De La Salle University will soon sign a Memorandum of Understanding to “strengthen academic cooperation and mutual understanding.”

According to UP, the five-year MOU aims to promote a culture of sustainability and contribute to the development of Philippine society.

“Under the MOU, both universities commit to pursuing collaborative initiatives in research, academic programs, and social engagement—particularly in the areas of social entrepreneurship and service learning,” UP said.

The signing ceremony is set for May 2 at the Board of Regents Room, Quezon Hall, UP Diliman.

Key officials from both institutions will attend the event.
