A GRADUATE of the University of the Philippines Diliman was the only passer of the Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination given in January 2023.

The Professional Regulation Commission said 17 examinees took the exam administered in Manila and Cebu on Dec. 7, 2022, while a revalida was conducted on Jan. 9 to 13.

Only Ma. Dani Vi Patal Edrad passed both the written and revalida exam.

The exam was given by four members of the Board of Real Estate Service, including its chairman, Ofelia Binag.

The PRC said registration for the issuance of a professional identification card and certificate of registration will be done online from February 27 to 28.
