UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN MINDANAO HOLDS FACE-TO-FACE GRADUATION
THE UNIVERSITY of Southern Mindanao will be holding in-person graduation rites involving 3,000 students.
School security services and management officer Professor Orlando Forro said the graduates represent 14 college courses and graduate school.
The 76th commencement exercises take place across two days, with cluster graduation to be held June 27 and the baccalaureate and commencement ceremony set on June 28 to ensure the minimum health standards are followed.
“We will have limited and strict monitoring of our students, parents, and guests to make sure we follow the Inter-Agency Task Force health guidelines for Covid19 and at the same time, secure order in the university’s premises,” Forro said.
A severe ‘no vaccination card, no entry’ policy will be implemented, he added.
