THE UNIVERSITY of San Carlos in Cebu recognized its retirees and those who have served in the institution for more than two decades.

Those who were recognized were 19 faculty members and employees who retired this year, and 17 others who had been with the university for 25 years or more.

Fr. Generoso Ricardo B. Rebayla Jr., vice president for Administration, led the event for the awardees.

Meanwhile, Fr. Jesuraj Anthoniappen, vice president for Academic Affairs and University President Fr. Narciso A. Cellan Jr. expressed their gratitude to the retirees for their service.

“Thank you for choosing to spend the best years of your lives here with USC,” Fr. Cellan said.

Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs Atty. Joan Largo also delivered her closing remarks.
