THE University of San Carlos has been recognized as one of the Philippines’ Best Employers 2025 by the Philippine Daily Inquirer and German market research firm Statista.

The recognition is based on a comprehensive study evaluating companies in the Philippines with at least 250 employees.

Out of 3,400 eligible employers, USC was highlighted for embodying the public persona it has cultivated.

The annual Best Employers list features 300 companies and government agencies ranked according to employees’ evaluations of their employers’ performance.

Conducted using an online access panel, the study surveyed over 10,000 part-time and full-time employees, emphasizing employees’ unique perspectives in assessing their organizations’ corporate citizenship and responsibilities.
