THE UNIVERSITY of Mindanao raked a 100 percent passing rate in the August 2021 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination.

All nine first time examinees from the school passed.

The UM tied with the Ateneo de Davao University for the top spot.

ADDU only  had five examinees.

The Professional Regulation Commission said that only 247 of the 621 takers passed the exam conducted in Baguio, Cotabato, Lucena, Pangasinan, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.

Meanwhile, seven takers from Saint Louis University bagged the top spots in the exam, only giving the 5th, 7th, 9th to others in the top 10.
