THE UNIVERSITY of Cordilleras destroyed confiscated vapes to show its support to the Smoke-Free Ordinance of Baguio City.

The school, along with the city’s Smoke-Free Task Force, conducted a ceremonial crushing of confiscated vaping devices.

“UC’s policy of confiscating vaping devices is a pivotal component of the University’s ongoing commitment to promote a healthier campus,” the university said.

The UC Student Affairs Office was tasked to stop vaping confiscating vape devices.

The confiscated and shattered devices were given to the City Health Services Office for disposal.
