UNIVERSITY OF ANTIQUE HOLDS DRY RUN OF F2F CLASSES
THE UNIVERSITY of Antique held a dry run of face-to-face classes in preparation for the next school year.
UA said that it chose the College of Maritime Studies for the conduct of physical classes.
The data that will be gathered from the dry run will be integral on how the university will operate.
“The integrated mechanism and the salient feedback coming from the students and faculty of the said colleges are beneficial references for other colleges and campuses of the UA system,” UA said.
In a video, UA showcased its classrooms and laboratories which were retrofitted to fit the new normal setup.
Cenen Archie Huera, program head of the college, said the rotation of schedules is better than distance learning.
The Commission on Higher Education allows schools to hold in-person learning, given that they have a high vaccination rate, retrofitted classrooms and approval from the concerned government agencies.
