UNIVERSIDAD DE ZAMBOANGA ACHIEVES HERD IMMUNITY

THE UNIVERSIDAD de Zamboanga claimed to have achieved “population protection” after vaccinating 85 percent of its employees.
The university said that the inoculation was held in coordination with the Department of Health.
Along with the vaccination, the school held orientation on the necessity of vaccines.
The activity aimed to quash misconceptions and to build vaccine confidence.
The school said that the vaccination is part of its preparation for the holding of limited face-to-face classes for its medical courses.
Classes will start on August 23, 2021.
