UC TO PROVIDE FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO POOR
THE UNIVERSITY of the Cordilleras’ College of Law launched a legal aid clinic that will provide free legal assistance to the marginalized sector.
UC unveiled the clinic’s office which will house lawyers and its director, Atty. Pascual Agusto Carlo Teodoro.
It will offer legal advice, legal representation and developmental work.
It will also provide assistance to local government units and non-government offices.
Aside from providing free assistance to the public, the clinic will also be a training ground for UC law students.
UC said the office can be reached through their email and Facebook pages from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
