TWO students of the University of Cordillera in Baguio City ranked third and fifth place in the Test of Practical Competency in Information Technology.

The city government commended Kristoffer Kyle Fernando Fernandez and Anthony Flora Aromin for their “excellent performance.”

Fernandez, who ranked third, took the test in August 2022 while Aromin took it in November 2022.

Earlier, the UC produced two topnotchers in the sixth and seventh TOPCIT for Philippine higher education institutions.

TOPCIT assesses the competency of information technology specialists and software developers.
