UA&P STUDENTS HAILED FIRST RUNNER UP IN UP MARKETING COMPETITION
A TEAM from the University of Asia and the Pacific was the first runner up in a marketing campaign competition organized by the Junior Marketing Association of the University of the Philippines.
The team was composed of third year students namely leader Jamie Alabin, Marco Agonia, Jove Calalo, Charles Caluste and Christian Paculaba.
They bested more than 170 students from other schools and claimed the first runner up spot in the UP JMA MarkEd 360: NEXT.
The team pitched the concept “Asan Ka Ba Dapat?” — a marketing campaign that aims to influence the public to conquer their fear, get back on the road safely and consider Angkas as their transport of choice.
The competition was organized by UP JMA with multi-awardee consulting agency GeiserMaclang Communications Inc.
