UA&P PRESENTS STUDIES IN INT’L CONFERENCE IN SOUTH KOREA
THREE members of the Center for Students Affairs of the University of Asia and the Pacific presented their studies in the recently concluded 7th International Conference by IASAS-Global in Daegu, South Korea.
They are CSA Executive Director Dr. Cecilia Resurreccion, CSA Operations Committee Secretary Ma. Concha de la Cruz, and head of the UA&P CSA – Office of Student Mentoring Karla Ava Marie Lozano.
Resurreccion and Dela Cruz presented their paper on “Measuring Wellness and Human Flourishing in Student Affairs Programs and Services.”
It focused on assessing the impact of programs and services on students’ holistic development, supporting the effective mentoring of student well-being in practice.
Meanwhile, Lozano presented her research titled “The Experience of Mentoring, Its Perceived Role and Their Impact on the Development of Professional Competencies Among UA&P Graduates.”
Themed “Education Institutions and Student Affairs Driving Sustainable Change,” the summit emphasized the importance of educating and supporting students for sustainable change and examined responses from various institutions.
IASAS is a non-profit organization working in student affairs and services.
