UA STUDENTS FINALLY DISCHARGED AFTER FIGURING IN TRUCK ACCIDENT

STUDENTS of University of Antique who were involved in an accident are now safe and recovering at their respective homes.

The school made the announcement over the weekend three days after a truck figured in an accident in front of the university and injured seven individuals, six of them were students.

The students were rushed immediately to the hospital after suffering minor injuries, but were soon discharged.

“University of Antique continuously communicates and is doing its job of providing help to the victims,” the school said in a statement.

“(UA’s) foremost priorities include ensuring that its students, faculty, and non-teaching personnel are given a safe and secure space where they can continue with their duties without fearing for their lives,” it added.
