TWO PISAY STUDENTS GET SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS FROM PRIME UNIVERSITIES
TWO students from the Philippine Science High School System were offered scholarships in prestigious universities in United States, Singapore and Germany.
Maria Charisma Estrella, a member of the pioneer batch of the PSHS Calabarzon, was accepted by the New York University and Yale University-National University in Singapore.
The school said that Estrella was offered a dual degree program of BS Biology and BS Biomolecular Engineering with scholarship grant by NYU.
Yale-NUS College meanwhile offered Estrella to study Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology.
On the other hand, Dominic Navarro from PSHS Ilocos Region campus, was offered a BS Mathematics with scholarship grant at Jacobs University in Germany.
Navarro also obtained a provost scholarship for BS Actuarial Science from Bentley University in the US. Similarly, he got direct admission at University of Wisconsin-Madison for its very competitive BBA Actuarial Science program.
