TSU GRAD STUDENT WINS BEST CONFERENCE PAPER AWARD
A GRADUATE student from Tarlac State University won the Best Conference Paper award at an international research conference in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, held earlier this week.
Commander Errol N. Dela Cruz, PN, received the accolade at the International Joint Conference hosted by Universitas Gadjah Mada.
Dela Cruz was recognized for his research titled “Hybridity in Mindanao Conflict and Peace Efforts: A Case Study of the Intergroup Tensions and Peacebuilding Efforts in Mindanao Using the Post-Liberal Hybrid Peace Framework.”
His paper stood out among hundreds of entries from over 27 countries. He was guided by TSU’s College of Public Administration and Governance Dean Dr. Edwin T. Caoleng.
The annual conference provided a platform for scholars, practitioners, and academics to present research on the theme “Towards World Class Bureaucracy,” with sub-themes on post-pandemic bureaucracy and digital transformation.
It was co-organized by as Eastern Regional Organization of Public Administration, Asian Association of Public Administration, Asian Group of Public Administration, and the Indonesia Association of Public Administration
Selected papers may be published in notable journals, including Public Administration and Development and Korean Journal of Policy Studies.
