TO PRODUCE job-ready graduates, the Trinity University of Asia in Quezon City partnered with Teleperformance Philippines, a leading provider of outsourced contact center service.

Dr. Ricky Bunag, dean of the College of Engineering and Information Sciences, and Teleperformance-Philippines Vice President for Human Resources and Communication and Marketing Rachel Cacabelos signed an agreement last month to formalize the partnership.

Also present in the signing ceremony were CEIS Department of IT Chairman Suzette Crisostomo and Alumni, Industry Relations, and Global Education Manager Caleb Donne Coniate.

Under the agreement, students can have internships at Teleperformance, while alumni can have access to employment opportunities and career development training.

Teleperformance will establish stronger ties with TUA students and alumni, enhancing industry contributions and fostering regular interactions with academic experts.

The company has branches in 170 countries and employs more than 410,000 employees worldwide.
