TARLAC STATE U STUDENTS STAMP CLASS IN SHELL 56TH NAT’L STUDENTS ART TILT
STUDENTS from the College of Architecture and Fine Arts of the Tarlac State University bagged several awards at the Shell 56th National Students Art Competition held at the Ayala Museum in Makati City last month.
Fine Arts majors Marniel Tuiza Daguio won the grand prize with her photograph titled “Rahuyo ng Mapag-asang Tala.”
On the other hand, Bryan John Boncales placed seventh in the same category for his craft “Berna.”
Other TSU students who were named finalists in photography include Mc Alister Sulay, Kerby Dave Tanglao, Justine Roice Ibe, and Alvin John Galang.
Meanwhile, Harold Bugayong, Angelo Eulin, Krisha Nadado, and Arisa Leonardo were finalists under the digital fine arts category.
Justin Cariel Banal, Francis Adrianne Bayudan, and Myca D.C. Flores were also finalists in the oil/acrylic painting category.
Lastly, Jean Danielle Miranda and Shane Nicole De Leon were the finalists in the sculpture category.
