TABUK CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WIN IN ROBOTICS COMPETITION

/ 25 December 2022

STUDENTS of the Tabuk City National High School won at the 2nd National Creotec Makex Robotics Competition 2022.

Team ROBOTANASTICS that consists of Clarence Sunday Rodriguez and Ceasar Ace Malannag bested 32 teams from all over the country.

They will represent the Philippines at the World MakeX Robotic Competition in China on April 2023.

“This is an inspiration for all of us that we can do something if we work together, we just need to focus on consistency and perseverance and everything is possible,” Kalinga Governor James Edduba said as he congratulated the team and parents of the students.

Edduba vowed to provide financial assistance to the team since Creotec will only sponsor one participant and one coach at the World Championship in China in April 2023.

Meanwhile, Jenelyn Matuto, External Partnership Coordinator of Creotec Philippines, said that they will continue to support and guide students in the competition.

“We will guide them and will look over the designs of the robot that needed to be developed,” she said.
