SOUTHERN LUZON STATE U TO PARTNER WITH QUEZON HOSPITAL

THE SOUTHERN Luzon State University’s College of Medicine forged partnerships with the Quezon Medical Center and the Quezon Medical Association to bolster its operation and widen its roster of faculty.

The SLSU on Tuesday said that its partnership with QMC is part of its plan to make the facility its base hospital.

Meanwhile, it tied up with QMA for the recruitment of faculty members.

The university will also host a virtual benchmarking program with other schools “to know the best practices” of other universities on the institutionalization of their COM.

The schools that will participate in the program are the University of the Philippines Manila, Adventist University of the Philippines and West Visayas State University.

SLSU also said that its nursing students assist the local government unit of Lucban in its inoculation drive against Covid19.
