SOUTHERN LUZON STATE U INKS PACT WITH KOREAN U

THE SOUTHERN Luzon State University signed a partnership agreement with the Pukyong National University’s BK21 MADEC from South Korea for academic collaboration.

A Memorandum of Agreement was signed by SLSU President Dr. Prose Ivy Yepes and PNU President Prof. Cho Joung Hyun at the Cebu Technological University- Danao Campus on November 10.

The partnership aims to enhance the academic, research and innovation industries of both schools.

The agreement covers areas such as language, arts and culture, with the aim of “reshaping creative education to increase learner’s engagement.”

It also includes on-the-job training as well as possible career placement in the future.

“Building on this new relationship with BK21 MADEC, the agreements will enrich our ability to explore dynamic, interdisciplinary research projects and contribute to student mobility by offering an international experience,” Yepes said.
