SILLIMAN U EARLY CHILDHOOD SCHOOL TO RESUME F2F CLASSES IN JANUARY

/ 25 December 2022

AFTER almost three years of blended learning, young students of Silliman University will attend full face-to-face classes in January.

SU Early Childhood School principal Assistant Professor Ethel Burgos said that full in-person classes will begin on January 5, 2023.

Morning classes will be from 7:20 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. while afternoon classes will be from 1:40 p.m. to 5 p.m.

“This mean that we will have our classes from Monday to Friday. Please take note that Wednesday is designated as our activity day, such as Christian Convocations, Faculty and Staff Meeting, University Convocations, Kid Scouting/Twinklers, Parent-Teacher Conferences, and other school related activities,” she said.

Since November 2, all public schools returned to full in-person classes, except those that were granted exemptions.

Private schools, on the other hand, had the option to continue holding either five-day face-to-face classes, blended learning or full distance modalities.
