SILLIMAN U CONTINUES TO PROVIDE AID TO TYPHOON VICTIMS
THE SILLIMAN University continues to provide aid to communities affected by Typhoon Odette in the two municipalities in Negros Oriental.
On December 27, the school distributed additional water, food packs, and rice to the typhoon victims.
The university is also accepting cash and in-kind donations.
“We welcome any amount you can spare and contribute to the fund, which will be used for relief operations, psychosocial processing and intervention to affected communities, and rebuilding efforts,” it said.
The initiative is a collective effort of the SU Administration through its Continuing Calamity Response Program, together with the SU Church, the Student Government, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends.
