SILLIMAN U ALUMNA NAMED OLE HEALTH MEDICAL DIRECTOR IN CALIFORNIA
AN ALUMNA of the Silliman University was named OLE Health medical director for Solano County, California.
Dr. Marikit Baquiran Parker assumed the post last April 9, 2023.
Parker began her career at OLE Health in 2020 as a family physician serving patients at the B. Gale Wilson Boulevard site.
In her new role, Parker will continue to provide direct patient care.
“I am looking forward to stepping into this new role and leading the incredible team of providers at our Solano County sites,” she said.
OLE Health has two sites in Solano County — Chadbourne Road and B. Gale Wilson Boulevard, both in Fairfield — and serves more than 10,000 patients annually.
“We are thrilled to be promoting Dr. Parker to Medical Director for Solano County,” Alicia Hardy, OLE Health CEO, said in a statement.
“She’s been an incredible asset to OLE Health’s medical team in Fairfield, and I know she’ll be a tremendous leader as we continue to deepen our presence in Solano County,” she added.
Parker earned her medical degree from SU Medical School in 2009 and completed her bachelor’s degree in medical technology also at SU in 2005.
