SULTAN Kudarat State University resumed applications for its Senior High School program until January 19 following the clarification made by the Department of Education.

DepEd just announced the voucher program will be extended to Grade 11 students currently enrolled in State Universities and Colleges for Academic Year 2023-2024.

SKSU issued a statement on January 10 announcing the temporary suspension of Senior High School admission test applications and registration.

DepEd extended its voucher program until the School Year 2024-2025 for Grade 11 students who are enrolled in SUCs.

DepEd Undersecretary and Spokesperson Michael Poa said Education Secretary and Vice President Sara Duterte advised the agency to extend the program to accommodate the current students.

“DepEd will again extend the voucher program when they enter grade 12 next year, provided that a memorandum of agreement is executed between DepEd and CHED to provide a clear timeline,” Poa said in a report by CNN Philippines.
