A GRADUATE of Saint Paul University Dumaguete topped the Nursing Licensure Examination given in November, the Professional Regulation Commission said on Wednesday.

Abigail Garganta Ramirez got the highest percentage rating of 90 among almost 190 graduates who made it to the Top 10 list.

She was followed by Jezrel Cabasis Alijid of the West Visayas State University – La Paz and Melchor Flores Pimentel Jr. of Saint Louis University who got a score of 89.80%.

With a score of 89.60%, Emmanuel John Dorado Aggabao of the West Visayas State University-La Paz, Adrian Miguel Amil of Cebu Normal University – Cebu State College, Jade Alexie Enriquez Aranda of University of Santo Tomas, Antonette Feliz Acaso Calimot of Cebu Normal University – Cebu State College, Michelle Joy Ledoma Lim of Tarlac State University-Tarlac College of Technology, Nikka Tan Parulan of Dr. Yanga’s Colleges INC. Bocaue all placed third in the exams.

The PRC said that 18,529 out of 24, 903 passed the examination held in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Twenty-eight schools were named as top performing schools that had at least 50 or more examinees and with at least 85% passing percentage.
