RIZAL TECHNOLOGICAL U GRAD TOPS ELECTRICAL ENGINEER LICENSURE EXAM
A GRADUATE of the Rizal Technological University topped the Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission last month.
Christian Dave Lozano Guevarra led the successful examinees with a score of 93.25 percent.
Troy Fellone Mazaredo of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Sto. Tomas came in second with 92.35 percent, while Lance Patrick Cadiz Alarcon of University of the Philippines-Los Baños ranked third with 92.10 percent.
The PRC said 3,339 out of 5,771 examinees passed the licensure exam.
PUP Sto. Tomas was named the top performing school with all its takers passing the exam. It was followed by University of Batangas (86.67%); Batangas State University Alangilan (82.91); and PUP Sta. Mesa (80.29%).
Meanwhile, the Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination was toppes by Nelvin Dela Torre Galupo and Kenneth Christian Tolentino Guiwo who got a rating of 95 percent.
Galupo graduated at the University of Eastern Philippines Catarman, while Guiwo earned his degree at the Isabela State University Ilagan.
