THE POLYTECHNIC University of the Philippines will replace its annual college entrance exam with a college admission evaluation next school year.

The College Admission Evaluation will be used in the meantime because quarantine restrictions do not allow pen-and-paper exams.

Applications for the CAE can be filed beginning in January for Academic Year 2021-2022.

The state university advised applicants to check the university’s official website and its verified social media accounts to avoid misinformation.

Several universities have waived their college admission examinations due to the restrictions set by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.

The University of the Philippines and the De La Salle University announced that they will not administer their college admission test for Academic Year 2021-2022.
