A CLASS valedictorian of batch 2023 from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines was named as best marketing talent in the Agora Youth Awards 2023 given by the Philippine Marketing Association.

Juan Miguel Robles of the College of Business Administration clinched the title in a case competition sponsored by Airspeed Group of Companies.

He bested 116 other candidates from across the country, who joined the competition organized by the Philippine Marketing Association.

The Agora Awards is an annual recognition program to honor outstanding individuals and organizations which demonstrated ‘exceptional marketing practices and contributed to the growth and development of the marketing profession in the Philippines.”

Launched in 1979, the award acknowledges various categories including Marketing Company of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, and Marketing Team of the Year, among others.

The selection process involves a rigorous screening of nominees by a panel of judges composed of industry experts and thought leaders. Nominees are evaluated based on their marketing strategies, results, and impact on their respective industries and communities.
