THE POLYTECHNIC University of the Philippines unveiled a new online platform to improve its customer service.

Through its “Visitors Appointment Scheduling System”, waiting time will be reduced. The system will also offer greater flexibility in appointment schedule for its clients who want to visit the campus.

“To reduce the waiting time, to offer greater flexibility in appointment schedule and better customer experience, and to ensure safety of the client and the PUP community, the University will implement the Visitors Appointment Scheduling System in scheduling appointments for all PUP visitors and clients,” PUP said on Facebook.

“All visitors and clients of the University should have an approved appointment with a PUP Official, Personnel, or Unit and present the same to the security officers before they are permitted to enter the University premises starting February 22, 2021,” it added.
